The Role - Client Services Associate / Personal Assistant:
As a full-time Client Services Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to the company's growing client base. Additionally, you will provide essential support as a Personal Assistant to the Director, with diary and email management and administrative tasks. Working closely with the Director and Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the Director's diary and providing personal assistant support.
  • Managing client meetings, from scheduling to document preparation and post-meeting tasks.
  • Building strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Supporting the development of their Virtual Family Office offering.
  • Embodying the philosophy of Wealth Activism when interacting with clients.
  • Data entry into the CRM.
  • Researching new client opportunities.
  • Maintaining the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) register.
  • Assisting in day-to-day business operations.
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Two or more years of client services and office management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client-focused abilities.
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking capabilities.
  • Solid numerical and computer literacy, especially with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • The aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • The ability to maintain company information confidentiality.
  • Experience in developing internal systems.
