Your first project will have you leading a $14M government new build in the North. From there, you’ll step into a diverse pipeline of projects across the CBD and inner suburbs, working with a builder that continues to attract repeat clients and award-winning work.This role offers the chance to grow your career with a financially strong, design-driven business operating nationally. Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on commercial new build and fitout projects

Strong track record running day-to-day site operations, programs, and subcontractors

Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

Must be tech-savvy – comfortable working with construction software (Jobpac essential, Jonas a bonus) confident using technology to streamline reporting and compliance

A safety-first mindset with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
Commitment to an occasional Saturday when required
