Your New Company:Our client is a leader in the production and supply of building materials, and known in the industry for their diverse range of building products for both residential and commercial construction projects.Your New Role:Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent. You will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Liaising with customers via phone and email
Log and update all information in the system correctly
Processing customer orders in a timely manner
Reviewing customer files to ensure that nothing has been missed
Data entry and ad hoc duties as required

About you:

Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Processing, Administration
A strong understand of Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM
Ability to work as part of a team
