If you’re a skilled Draftsperson or Building Designer with a knack for accuracy and a passion for residential design, this is your chance to join a reputable builder with a strong local presence. Based in the Caloundra area, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality documentation for homes that are built to impress.The Company

- Coordinate, produce, and deliver accurate site plans, sales plans, working drawings, variations, and final construction plans
- Apply creative thinking to design solutions and problem-solving
- Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Continue developing a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and processes
- Experience drafting project homes (junior candidates considered too with strong skills)
- Strong knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Basic understanding of the NCC (desirable)
- Tertiary qualification in Building Design or Drafting highly regarded
