Eligibility: Open to EveryoneWhy work with us:The Office for Early Childhood Development has been formed with a clear mandate: to create a fairer and better future for all children in South Australia by implementing the accepted recommendations of the Royal Commission into Early Childhood Education and Care.As the steward of the early childhood development system, the Office will act on government's behalf, and work in collaboration with the sector, to organise and connect the system to reduce developmental vulnerability.This includes providing universal access to quality, teacher-led preschool from the age of 3, growing and sustaining a quality early childhood workforce, and greater supports and connected services for families in the 1000 days of a child’s life.About this role:The Senior Test Analyst will play an important role within the newly established Digital Programs team within the Office for Early Childhood Development (OECD). This role will work closely with external IT suppliers to support the design, build and implementation of a new business-critical and data drive IT system.The Senior Test Analyst will undertake independent end-to-end verification testing, ensuring to document results, track issues and raise where required to contribute to process improvements and ensure solutions meet requirements, business needs and project timeframes.Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and contribute to OECD testing, focusing on effective collaboration across internal and external project teams to define requirements and develop comprehensive test cases.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation such as test scripts, test cases and test results.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide input with Test Summary Reports (TSR).
- Monitor progress on assigned tasks against project scope, schedule and objectives, identifying and escalating any defects.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in test analysis, including CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Selenium, BDD Frameworks, and Playwright.
- Proven expertise in large, complex data environments, with strong knowledge of Master Data Management (Data Mastery), Azure Data Bricks, and Azure Data Factory.
- Ability to communicate clearly and present complex information in a clear, accurate and visually effective manner.
- Advanced analytical skills to identify, evaluate, and resolve complex problems, with experience in planning, implementing, and managing complex tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
