Reporting to the Director Planning and Community, this position provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership while driving improvements in administrative processes.The role includes managing complex diaries and correspondence, preparing professional reports and documentation, and coordinating meetings and briefings. A strong focus is placed on streamlining workflows, mapping processes, and developing professional forms and templates using tools such as Adobe Acrobat Pro.This is a role for an experienced professional who can balance executive assistance with process management and administrative leadership, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes across the Directorate.About you:To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in high-level executive assistance or senior administration, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to draft accurate and professional correspondence, reports, and briefing notes.Your advanced technical skills will include proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the ability to use Adobe Acrobat Pro (or similar software) to create and maintain forms and templates.
