- Manage a portfolio of motor vehicle recoveries claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Assess liability and pursue recoveries from at-fault third parties and their insurers
- Handle third-party claims, negotiating settlements and ensuring fair outcomes
- Communicate and negotiate with insurers, legal representatives, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate claim records and update internal systems
- Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and third parties, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and optimal claim outcomes
- Identify and escalate complex claims requiring further legal or managerial intervention
- Proven experience in Third Party Recoveries and Settlement Claims is essential
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
