Industry leaders in the HVAC arena this company works across domestic, residential and small commercial projects with a great market reputation.About the roleComing from an experienced Management background, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow and the tools to succeed on the job in this role as it is in a niche market. The work is varied but it does involve being at a desk in the office majority of the time. You must know how to use a computer, multi-task and do it well. This is not a delegation job, but a hands on role!Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Managing the P&L with aim to grow and develop this!
Liaising with clients and customers
Operations, planning, scheduling and management duties
Financial management and operation oversight
Compliance and reporting
Staff management
The ability to work well within a team and autonomously
Working to tight deadlines to complete projects
Skills & experience
Minimum of 2+ years experience specifically working in the same role with a proven track record! HVAC experience is preferred but NOT essential for this role!
As the successful candidate you must have relavent Australian qualifications
Great communication, a positive attitude and stability in previous roles.
