Reporting to the Sales team, you will;
Take ownership to support the pre-existing client accounts, from large pharmacies to smaller wellness clinics
You will be the first point of contact for client communications, processing of orders and upselling of new products
Overseeing all stakeholder and client relationships to a high standardAbout you
To be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience working in sales administration or customer service
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Pharmaceutical experience is desirable
Mandarin speaking is preferred but ability to read, write and comprehend is acceptable
A strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships
