CSE Crosscom is part of the CSE Global Group of Companies, operating in over 20 countries and listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.About the RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, the Internal Salesperson will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our valued customers receive top-notch service and solutions tailored to their unique needs. You'll also provide vital support to our branch team in managing various operational and administrative tasks.Key responsibilities include:
  • Assist customers via various communication channels, ensuring timely resolution and an exceptional experience.
  • Coordinate with the branch team for order processing, quotes, tender responses, and administrative tasks.
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, fostering sales growth.
  • Complete operational tasks for smooth day-to-day branch operations.
About You
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
