The Nepean Campus has recently experienced tremendous growth and aims to support communities within and outside of Sydney's western suburbs, providing world-class clinical facilities, services, and care.We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join the Care of Older People in Surgery (COPS) service. This role is ideal for a clinician with substantial post-graduate experience in managing complex respiratory cases, particularly among geriatric and post-surgical patients. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with geriatrics and surgical teams to deliver holistic, timely care to patients aged 75 and over with a frailty score of 3 or higher, aiming to reduce post-operative complications, facilitate early discharge, and improve overall outcomes. - Demonstrated teaching skills and supervision experience with staff and students
