In this position, you will assist our SME clients with M&A deals, as well as collaborate with some of Australia's most prominent startups, scale-ups and venture capital funds. We have worked with an impressive list of startup and venture capital clients at various stages in their lifecycle; from set up to acting on their seed/Series A/Series B rounds, and beyond.This position is ideal for an experienced and energetic lawyer with broad expertise in corporate transactions, specifically M&A and/or capital raising, within a recognised firm or company. You should have experience in running matters autonomously in a fast paced environment.As a Senior Lawyer or Practice Leader, you will also be responsible for supervising a small team of talented lawyers and graduates. As such, you will demonstrate a genuine interest in training and mentoring juniors and supporting their growth in the firm.Candidates from outside Sydney are welcome to apply - in this role you can work from anywhere in Australia!The Ideal Candidate
  • Experienced - At least 6 years PQE in a reputable legal environment specialising in capital raising and/or M&A transactions.
