The successful applicant will have a demonstrated research record in Clinical Neuroscience, and will contribute to and maintain or improve future ERA ratings by producing high quality publications and other research outputs. It is expected that the successful applicant would have the potential to attract competitive grant funding. A substantial part of the School's teaching is online, within a supportive pedagogic framework for students. Within this role you will contribute to the future direction of teaching in Clinical Neuroscience, and take a key role in the continued development of the Neuroscience programs. The successful applicant will be expected to make a service contribution to the institution.About youTo be successful in this role, you will have:Level B
A PhD in Clinical Neuroscience or related field
An emerging publication record in Clinical Neuroscience or a related field, and ability to attract funding
Evidence of effective teaching and curriculum development in Clinical Neuroscience
Experience in supervising postgraduate students' research projects
An ability to join an existing research group in Neuroscience
Effective academic leadership, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably, experience in tertiary teaching using flexible modes of delivery.
Level C
A PhD in Clinical Neuroscience or related field
An Strong publication record in Clinical Neuroscience or a related field, and ability to attract funding
Evidence of effective teaching and curriculum development in Clinical Neuroscience
Experience in supervising postgraduate and HDR students
An ability to lead a research group in Neuroscience

About the SchoolThe School of Science and Technology comprises subject disciplines including Biomedical Science, Chemistry and Physics, Exercise and Sport Science, Mathematics and Statistics and Computer Science. The School conducts teaching and research through an exciting range of undergraduate, honours, and postgraduate courses and research degrees by dissertation within these disciplines.
