In this exciting position, you will take charge of quality reviews within our meetings team, analyzing performance and documenting findings to assess outcomes. You will provide actionable recommendations for improvement to the Meeting Service Delivery Operations Manager and play a key role in implementing and driving these changes.Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to build and enhance our quality review framework, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of meeting deliverables and milestones.If you're passionate about quality and eager to make an impact, we want you on our team!Some key responsibilities:
- Ensure the setup of meetings by QAing key components such as stock classes, , resolutions, and document accuracy
- Record and organise all QA findings for future reference
- Provide expert advice to Client Managers and internal departments on complex and high-risk meetings
- Review and approve updates to essential systems like SCRIP, Cosmos, Proxymity, Encompass as applicable
- Conduct QA checks on work from Project Coordinators and Meeting Officers
- Test system enhancements and ensure effective delivery
- Identify and implement continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- Assist in training new employees and providing refresher sessions
- Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance through relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and applicable experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in handling conflicting priorities and managing stakeholder expectations
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience of project based work and associated governance and documentation
- Knowledge of Proxy voting and practices followed by custodians in support of voting for Issuers in different global markets
- In-depth understanding of Client Annual and Special meeting requirements
- Knowledge of online event hosting platforms is a plus
- Ability to identify and quantify risks, controls, value add and other key process components
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Tertiary qualifications in Bachelor's degree (B.A) or related discipline is preferred
