- Coordinating content across multiple channels
- Ensuring brand consistency across all materials
- Supporting content lead with project execution
- Managing content calendars and production timelines
- Organising and maintaining content libraries and assets
- Quality checking content before publication
- Tracking content performance and compiling reports
- Project management for content initiatives
- Coordinating with other departments for content needs
- Managing vendor relationships (photographers, designers, etc.)
- Maintaining production workflows and processes
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (entry-level candidates with strong portfolios considered)
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite and Canva preferred)
- Experience with video editing software (Final Cut, CapCut or similar)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating creative content creation and design capabilities
