0437577680 jaclyn.reriti@dffh.vic.gov.auPosition DetailsTHE ROLEThis role is located in the Agency Performance and System Support Team in the Wimmera South West Area, West Division. The position has responsibility for monitoring the performance of external service providers, including management of service agreements and the collection and analysis of performance data. The role is responsible for supporting the implementation of place-based approaches and funded initiatives.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
  • Assist in the management of service agreements and targets for funded activities, complete funding variations and update service agreements on the department's service management system.
  • Communicate service agreement requirements with CSOs to ensure compliance through application of the Agency Monitoring Framework.
  • Utilise effective consultation mechanisms to identify, monitor and mitigate potential risks with funded agencies to identify and implement service improvement initiatives.
