We have forged a dominant industry presence in a very short period of time through our consultative approach to recruitment, and transparent approach to client and candidate management.CrewSELECT actively requires skilled Workshop Maintenance Fitters for a busy workshop in Kewdale.Job Overview:Install and maintain a variety of plants and equipment within the workshop:

Promptly carry out repairs, servicing and maintenance of manufacturing plant and associated equipment with minimal supervision.
Carry out fault finding and diagnostic analysis, including overhaul, of plant and equipment, as necessary.
Be available to enact repairs or maintenance in the event of breakdowns outside normal hours.
Ensuring manufactured products meets tolerances.
Undertake non-structural welding repairs.

Day shift:

$57.61 + Penalties.
6am to 2:06pm + overtime.
Afternoon shift:

$66.25 + Penalties.
2pm to 10:06pm + overtime.
Ongoing sustainable work.
Immediate start.
Large spacious workshop with multiple departments.

About you:

Good technical knowledge of manufacturing or production processes.
Hydraulic Press Machine experience
Fabrication/Sheetmetal experience
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving.
Proven experience in a workshop maintenance role.

Tickets and licenses required:

Mechanical trade qualification
Drivers license
