- Building and nurturing senior client relationships across HR and business leadership teams.
- Scoping and coordinating bespoke people high-impact change programs
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality program delivery and outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities for organic growth within existing client portfolios.
- Representing the organisation at industry forums and networking events.
- You bring a strong track record in internal and external HR, OD, leadership development, or change consulting.
- You’re confident engaging with senior stakeholders (HRDs, Heads of OD, C-suite).
- You’re commercially astute and consultative, with a values-driven approach.
- You have strong planning skills, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset.
- You’re comfortable working across strategic advisory and hands-on coordination.
