Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-value portfolio of diverse clients, delivering outstanding service and building meaningful relationships
  • Conduct client renewals, pre-renewal preparations, policy quoting, endorsements, certificates, cancellations, and reporting
  • Uncover and convert new business opportunities through strong engagement and smart negotiation
  • Collaborate with our expert claims team to stay informed and help deliver fair claim outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with underwriters, senior brokers, and our internal team members
Requirements
  • 1-7 years of commercial broking experience will be highly regarded - Remuneration reflective of experience
  • You must have your Tier 1 and have Australian Insurance product knowledge
  • Proven track record of managing high-value portfolios and building strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent communication skills and the ability to educate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working on business pack, ISR, public liability, plant or heavy motor policies would be highly regarded
  • Proficiency with Steadfast broking software would be highly regarded
