Your contributions will directly enhance the patient experience and help maintain the high standards of Wyong Hospital.Provide comprehensive administrative support including referrals, appointment bookings, records management, and payroll data entry.
Serve as the friendly first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service and responding to enquiries promptly.
Manage patient data entry and maintain accurate computerised patient management systems.
Facilitate office efficiency by improving administrative systems and procedure.
