As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring the site team.
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers.
- Overseeing all health and safety protocols.
- Monitoring project progress against the schedule.
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Maintaining effective communication with the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record on similar-sized commercial or retail projects. The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience as a Site Manager, specifically on projects valued at $20M+.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- The ability to effectively manage a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- The willingness and ability to travel daily to the Plainlands site from the western suburbs of Brisbane.
