We're seeking a Minecraft Community Specialist to lead our innovative Wired Wednesdays virtual gaming program, creating collaborative experiences for up to 50 students every Wednesday next term.This unique role combines technical expertise with community building, helping young people develop genuine friendships through shared creative projects in Minecraft's collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage multiplayer Minecraft experiences for groups of up to 50 students

Set up and maintain server infrastructure to support seamless collaborative gameplay
Create engaging project-based activities that encourage teamwork and creativity
Facilitate virtual sessions via Microsoft Teams and Discord integration
Collaborate with ESports Collective team to share technical knowledge and best practices
Support community building through inclusive, welcoming gaming experiences
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide real-time support during sessions

What We're Looking ForExpert-level Minecraft knowledge across platforms

Experience with multiplayer server management and administration
Strong technical skills in server setup, plugins, and configuration
Availability on Wednesdays during term time
Passion for creating inclusive, collaborative gaming experiences
Excellent communication skills for working with young people and teams
Understanding of neurodiversity and inclusive design
