- Technical Support and Customer Excellence: Elevate the business’s customer experience by delivering expert assistance in addressing technical inquiries via the sales department.
- Collaboration and Project Implementation: Liaise with Aggreko technicians, and management to provide technical solutions both low and high voltage applications.
- Promote Green Solutions: Lead site and project delivery of hybridised and low emission solutions, setting an example for greener upgrades and ensuring success for customers.
- Technical Drawings: Interpret, modify. Analyse technical drawings to establish parameters for safe and efficient solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Aggreko HSE policies and procedures. Provide feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and integration processes.
- Formulate a technical application sales plan for allocated region.
- Regular customer visits in allocated region to provide excellent customer feedback.
- Robust technical proficiency with an exceptional mastery, specifically concentrated on mining applications products. Familiarity with greener energy solutions, and emerging trends in the industry.
