We are currently working with a well-established Perth-based builder known for delivering high-quality fit-out projects in the $1m - $5m range across a mix of commercial, retail, hospitality, and government sectors. With a strong pipeline & continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join the experienced team.About the Role:Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver a range of fit-out projects across Perth metro. This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator ready to take the next step in their career.Benefits:

What you'll be doing:

Ensure projects are delivered on time & within budget
Build & maintain relationships with clients and ensure the highest project satisfaction
Review construction drawings and communicate any discrepancies
Coordinate with trades for a schedule of works
Work with the Project Manager to manage any variations
Ensure weekly progress reports are documented and shared with all key stakeholders
Conduct site visits and ensure project is in line with client specifications
Organise client handover and sign-off

Requirements:

Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management or similar industry relevant qualification.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings
Prior experience in the commercial fit-out or construction industry in Australia
Good understanding of the construction process
Experience working with a range of commercial trades
Clear, concise communication skills
Full working rights in Australia
