With a pipeline of projects and continued growth in the SA market, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team that values integrity, performance, and people.As a Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of site-based operations, leading from the front to ensure quality builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations, including the coordination of trades and contractors
Manage site staff and uphold a high-performance, safety-first culture
Ensure all materials are procured and ordered in line with project timelines
Track project costs and adhere to strict budgets
Liaise with clients and maintain clear communication from site start through to handover
Report to senior management on progress, risks, and variations
Deliver homes defect-free and manage rectification where required
Drive efficient workflows and ensure construction quality meets company and industry standards
