Our South Queensland team delivers some of the most complex and high-profile dams and hydropower projects across Australia and internationally - offering you the opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact.Working with a flexible, welcoming and high-performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you:Provide Technical Leadership.

Deliver expert input across geotechnical, structural, hydraulic, design, and construction management disciplines.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Support Client Engagement & Business Development

Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead proposal development and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Support Team Development

Mentor and support junior engineers.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Drive Project Delivery

Identify and pursue new opportunities.
Support site-based assignments during construction phases as needed.

What you will bring to the team:

Minimum bachelor's degree qualifications in civil engineering or related discipline.
RPEQ registration (or commitment to attain).
Significant experience in dams engineering (geotechnical, structural, hydraulic).
Proven experience in design and/or construction management.
Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
