- Manage customer expectations and consistently deliver outstanding service
- Oversee daily activities to meet business objectives and ensure timely service delivery
- Manage service job costs, including labor and resource allocation
- Monitor and manage work in progress to ensure project milestones are met
- Prepare and submit reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Adhere to OHS, Quality, and Environmental policies, both for Epiroc and our customers
- Complete KPI-related tasks and provide regular reporting on performance
- Perform other administrative duties as required
- Mechanical trade qualifications or equivalent
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Extensive experience in maintaining surface/underground mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low-voltage electrical repairs
- Experience in both preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and proactive approach
- High level of computer literacy and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
