Site Manager

• Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
• Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
• Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
• Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
• Liaison with clients, building management and other project stakeholders on a daily basis.

• A stable track record in supervision of commercial construction project - experience of live environment works essential with good services grounding required.
• Certificate III or IV in OHS
• An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
• Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.

• A salary package I the $160k-$200k range, dependent upon experience, with phone, laptop etc provided
• Down to earth and friendly environment - there is simply no politics or egos in this company
