Audio Visual (AV) Support Officer
Canberra, ACTAre you experienced in supporting AV technology and providing operational support in fast-paced environments? We are looking for a Senior Service Management Officer to assist in delivering expert AV and administrative support within a dynamic command centre environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of mission-critical operations and services across a highly visible national program.Key Duties:

Provide expert support and troubleshooting for AV equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms
Ensure AV readiness across multiple rooms including Command Centre, Media Hub, and Rapid Response Room
Deliver efficient administration support and manage physical and system access to command spaces
Liaise with AV specialists and internal stakeholders to coordinate room setups and technical needs

Key Criteria:

Proficiency with audio-visual systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms
Demonstrated experience in AV user support and corporate multimedia technologies
Strong administrative skills and experience in managing confidential data
Effective communicator with ability to work across distributed teams and shift-based environments
