This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Anaesthetist to join a dynamic and supportive anaesthetic team within a growing healthcare network. In this role, you will play an active part in the education and supervision of trainee medical officers, interns, and medical students, while also contributing to clinical audit, quality and safety initiatives, risk management, research, and continuous medical education.The department delivers a comprehensive range of anaesthesia services to a large and diverse population, offering a challenging and rewarding clinical experience. Services include 24-hour emergency anaesthesia, complex major surgeries such as colorectal, upper GI, hepatobiliary, urology, breast-endocrine, and gynaecology, along with major orthopaedic procedures including trauma and revision arthroplasty. Additional specialties include obstetrics with over 3,000 deliveries per year and 24-hour epidural services, as well as paediatrics, ENT, plastics, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, bronchoscopy, and ECT. The service also includes a 24-hour acute pain service and expanding perioperative medicine programs. Participation in ongoing quality improvement, audit, research, and CME activities is expected and supported.About You

Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists- FANZCA.
Within six months of obtaining FANZCA Fellowship.
International Medical Graduates assessed by ANZCA as Substantially Comparable / ANZCA interview date confirmed.
International Medical Graduates assessed by ANZCA as Partially Comparable with less than 52 weeks requirement.
