- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production operators
- Coordinate daily production schedules and ensure targets are met
- Monitor quality control processes and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency
- Conduct toolbox talks, training, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with maintenance and logistics teams for smooth workflow
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within an industrial manufacturing setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of production processes and safety standards
- Ability to manage priorities and make decisions under pressure
- Forklift ticket and mechanical aptitude highly regarded
- Computer literacy (ERP systems, Excel) desirable
