Client & Location Information:This is your opportunity to join a thriving, well-reviewed pharmacy in Pooraka, a growing northern Adelaide suburb just 12km from the CBD. With strong local community ties, excellent public transport, and green spaces, Pooraka offers a convenient and diverse setting for your next career move.You'll be working closely with an experienced owner-operator who values mentoring and leadership development in a pharmacy that prioritises professional services.Job Specification:As Pharmacist in Charge, you'll take the lead in dispensary operations, ensuring top-tier customer service and clinical care. Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the dispensary and store
  • Supervising, rostering, and supporting a large team of pharmacy staff
  • Providing expert advice and professional health services to customers
  • Ensuring compliance with all Pharmacy Board standards
  • Leading vaccination services (essential focus area)
You'll have the autonomy to manage operations while being well-supported by a second pharmacist, two dispensary techs, and a team of 16 retail staff.Skills Required:
  • General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
  • 3 years experience in Australian community pharmacy
  • Strong interest in pharmacy-led professional services
  • Confident leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service focus
  • Competency using Minfos preferred
Salary & Benefits:
