We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-focused Patient Accounts Administrator to join our experienced and supportive team.In this role, you'll help ensure timely follow-up of claims for services provided at Cabrini – including Medicare, DVA , TAC, and WorkCover. Your work helps patients focus on what matters most: their health.What your day will look like:Following up on unpaid accounts with patients, Medicare, DVA, TAC, WorkCover, and other third-party providersInvestigating and resolving Medicare rejectionsAssisting patients and their families with account-related queries (via phone and email)Supporting the wider team by learning additional roles to provide cover when neededMaintaining strong connections between the Patient Accounts team and other departmentsEnsuring every interaction reflects the high standard of care Cabrini is known forAbout You:You’re a people-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
