Job Description:THE ROLE:We are seeking highly motivated Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to participate in our Transition to Specialty Practice (TSP) program at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital Sydney starting 29th July 2024.The 12-month program is open to both recently graduated nurses as well as experienced nurses seeking to change specialties or move from a non-acute setting to the acute hospital setting. The TSP program aims to develop clinical skills, support professional growth, and encourage reflective practice, in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board Standards for Practice.The program offers opportunities in medical/surgical units and within the perioperative suite. Flexible work options are available to complete the program and include full time (5 days/week) and part-time (4 days/week).
