Rhys Archard Racing is a thoroughbred racing stable located at Mangalore Park 10minutes from the Seymour Racecourse. Due to our expansion, we are currently seeking experienced full-time ground staff to join our growing team. Roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Saddling, washing, brushing and maintaining each horse daily
  • Swimming, treadmilling, and assisting horses for their daily trackwork routine
  • attending barrier, trial and/or race days for the right applicant
  • general stable duties, such as sweeping, mucking out horse boxes or yards
  • can work unattended, and in a team environment as a team player
