- Drive outbound growth: Own strategy and execution for outbound lead generation. Identify, target, and engage school decision-makers at scale using email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and creative multi-touch campaigns
- Own paid acquisition: Build and manage high-performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Test creative angles, refine audience targeting, optimise bidding strategies, and scale winning campaigns
- Lifecycle and nurture flows: Design and execute sophisticated email campaigns including welcome sequences, re-engagement flows, and conversion nurtures. Write compelling copy and build automations
- Test and learn: Run continuous A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, messaging angles, CTAs, campaign formats, landing page elements, and creative assets. Use insights to improve conversion rates and discover new growth levers
- Data and analytics: Track campaign performance across the entire funnel. Monitor key metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates by channel, and attribution modelling. Use data to refine strategy and make ROI-driven decisions
- Website and conversion optimisation: Take ownership of the website experience, including messaging hierarchy, user experience flows, conversion rate optimisation, and performance tracking across all pages and funnels
- Brand and messaging: Develop and refine Wellio's brand voice, positioning, and messaging framework. Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including ads, emails, landing pages, and sales materials
- Sales collaboration: Partner closely with sales on lead scoring, segmentation strategies, messaging alignment, and go-to-market priorities. Build marketing campaigns that fuel the sales pipeline and accelerate deal velocity
- Campaign execution: Plan and execute integrated campaigns from concept to completion. Handle copywriting, creative briefing, email building, landing page creation, automation setup, and performance reporting
- Contractor management: Build and manage a network of freelance specialists, including copywriters, designers, and campaign specialists, to amplify execution capacity
- Has 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in $5K–$25K ASV environments
- Has owned a lead-gen target for a market/company and delivered
- Has led a team (and isn't afraid to still get their hands dirty)
