Launch and lead our first Geraldton store — build the culture from the ground up
Deliver a next-level customer experience
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team

$73,537 base salary + 12% Superannuation + Bonus eligibility

The right candidate will have:

Passion and excitement for customer service
Fast-paced leadership experience with a lead by example approach (willing to get your hands dirty!)
Enthusiasm and ability to coach and motivate your team to succeed in an ever-changing environment
Strong communication and influencing skills
