- Create a safe learning environment to promote learning
- Plan, prepare, record, evaluate and report on work to be completed in class
- Identify students' needs
- Carry out administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Undertake extra activities as required
- Work closely with colleagues to develop the curriculum
- Attend professional development meetings
- Uphold and support the values and ethos of the school.
- Perform duties with honesty, diligence, efficiency, and a high level of care and skill.
- Demonstrate appropriate behavior and professionalism when interacting with children.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
