- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales within the mining industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the mining industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in procurement processes and client management.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, program management, and pitching for success.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with effective communication and impactful presentation abilities.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to manage the pipeline effectively and achieve revenue targets.
- Execute quality lead activities, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies for strategic accounts, focusing on client retention and growth.
- Foster a high-performing team environment, driving effective leadership and engagement.
- Drive clear communication of the Business Strategy and ensure timely decision-making.
- Provide guidance and advice on client strategies, operational capacity, and risk mitigation.
- Manage stocking strategy and replenishment updates to support operational efficiency.
- Identify and report risks promptly, ensuring compliance with ethical practices.
- Implement and uphold account standards, processes, and technology solutions.
