Payroller Manager / West Perth / Permanent Position / $125,000 - $135,000 / Flexible Working / Excellent BenefitsCore Talent are excited to be supporting a national service company with market leading brands, recruit a skilled Payroller Manager on a permanent basis (part-time might be considered). This innovative business has had continuous growth for the last five years, leading to them doubling in size. Based in luxury offices in West Perth, the Payroller Manager will be responsible for the delivery of payroll services to the business including payroll processing for all staff, external tax lodgement requirements and month end reporting.The Payroller Manager's key duties will include:
  • End to end processing of multiple payrolls, totalling 220 employees
  • Ensuring pay runs are calculated in accordance with relevant awards/Enterprise Agreement rates, allowances, and higher duties changes.
  • Management of the payroll inbox and point of contact for all payroll queries and escalation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll tax lodgement and PAYG compliance and payments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate Superannuation compliance and payments.
  • Ensuring accurate leave entitlements are being maintained and reported
  • Assisting with workers compensation declarations and claim processing.
  • Preparation of other entitlement payments and support.
  • Support the finance month end process through posting payroll journals, reconciliations and the provision of accurate month end reports.
  • Provide accounting and administrative support to finance.
  • Ad hoc projects as required.
Key skills / experience required:
  • Experience in End-to-End Payroll Processing and managing multiple payrolls
  • Experience with various pay awards
  • Up to date with current legislation
  • Finance experience including posting journals, reconciliations and reporting
  • Confident with systems including excel & Employment Hero
