As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers and ensuring smooth order processing for a leading provider in the animal health sector. Pay: $38 per hour.
Shift: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage with customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries and process orders
Accurately enter customer orders with attention to detail
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Support key department activities, initiatives, and projects
Organize and process email orders in coordination with the Customer Service Team Leader
Uphold the company's values and commitment to service excellence in every interaction
