As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers and ensuring smooth order processing for a leading provider in the animal health sector. Pay: $38 per hour.
Shift: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively engage with customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries and process orders
  • Accurately enter customer orders with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Support key department activities, initiatives, and projects
  • Organize and process email orders in coordination with the Customer Service Team Leader
  • Uphold the company's values and commitment to service excellence in every interaction
