It also offers high-quality postgraduate education and maintains long-standing international links in teaching, research, and professional experience.As part of our continued drive for educational excellence, we are seeking an exceptional, visionary and energetic academic leader to serve as Head of School, Education.About the RoleThe Head of School will provide strategic academic leadership across research, learning and teaching, governance, and community engagement. The successful candidate will:
  • Cultivate a dynamic, collaborative environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development and delivery of a robust course portfolio that prioritises outstanding student experience, classroom readiness, and lifelong learning.
  • Champion excellence in research by supporting academics at all career stages, building industry partnerships, and driving community impact.
  • Promote the School's achievements locally, nationally, and internationally.
  • Play a central role in academic administration, staff development, and strategic planning within the School and Faculty.
This position reports directly to the Executive Dean and works closely with Associate Deans, other Heads of School, and University units and divisions.
