AWX is partnering with leading landscaping and civil construction clients to deliver critical infrastructure, drainage, and subdivision projects across the Townsville region. We are seeking reliable, self-motivated Skilled Labourers with a strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude.
Opportunities are available for both short-term and long-term projects.
Project Locations May Include:

Intersection upgrades
Asphalt works
Subdivision developments
Civil drainage projects
New estate landscaping

Your Duties Will Include:

Roadworks, asphalt repairs, pipelaying, concreting, and landscaping
Manual labour in high-temperature, physically demanding environments
Supporting civil and building works, including drainage and site preparation
Playground construction, planting, and new estate development

What You'll Need:

Valid Construction White Card
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Minimum 2 years' civil construction experience (roadworks, subdivision, and/or drainage preferred)
Physically fit and prepared for labour-intensive outdoor work
Willingness to undergo police checks and pre-employment medicals (as required)
