About the roleThis role will see you joining a mental health service responsible for delivering high-quality psychiatric services across both hospital and community settings for a population of over 930,000 residents living in the local area.As the successful applicant, you will take on a key role within an adult inpatient mental health unit, providing direct clinical care and management for individuals aged 18 to 65 experiencing complex and acute mental health conditions. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments, formulating and implementing individualised treatment plans, and overseeing the ongoing care and therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs.You will work as part of a highly skilled and compassionate multidisciplinary team committed to delivering holistic, person-centred care. This collaborative team includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and administrative support staff, all working together to support the recovery and well-being of both patients and their families.
