- Responsible for a team of Purchasing Officers
- Receive and process purchase orders from the relevant requisition process, ensuring that required information's are correctly entered.
- Monitor and control purchase orders ensuring a continuous work flow of documentation and complete internal/external customer satisfaction.
- Ensure purchase order processes and procedures are followed consistently.
- Update Purchase Requisition/Purchase Orders
- Lead the team to ensure all Procurement KPIs are understood and achieved.
- Ideally someone that has strong leadership skills coupled with mature soft skills.
- Not afraid to roll the sleeves up and double as a purchasing officer - more doing than saying.
- Working knowledge of SAP and reputable ERP systems including in-depth understanding of purchase order, planning, logistics and warehousing systems essential
- At least 3 years of Purchasing or Procurement experience.
