Act as the central point of contact for senior executives, investment councils and steering committees-ensuring transparency and effective communication on the performance and status of the portfolio.
Own the end-to-end management of the portfolio including demand management, evaluation and prioritisation, execution, and performance measurement.
Drive strategic alignment across business and technology teams, ensuring maximum value from every investment.
Lead quarterly portfolio reviews and support executive governance forums with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Provide leadership in resolving cross-project dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.
Champion best practices in portfolio governance, documentation, and reporting.

What You'll Bring

10+ years in project and delivery leadership roles, including 3+ years of portfolio management experience.
Proven experience managing complex portfolios with multiple concurrent projects and programs.
Deep understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, PMI, PRINCE2, or MSP.
Strong business acumen and analytical capability to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
Confidence in communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and governance forums.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to engage cross-functional teams and drive results.
A passion for making sense of complexity and delivering value in an ever-evolving environment.
