Managing a diverse portfolio, this company prides itself on its ability to quickly adapt to the changing needs of the market.Driven by a culture of thought-leadership, continuous improvement and a commitment to excellence, this exciting team is seeking an Executive Assistant to work on a face-to-face basis in their two Melbourne locations.About the positionAs a confident and self-sufficient Executive Assistant with a strategic mindset, you'll enjoy the autonomy and responsibility on offer within this newly-created role based across two office locations.Supporting the busy Managing Director in achieving his strategic goals, you'll understand the need for proactive decision-making and self-directed activities. Your leader will appreciate the value you bring, being assured of your skills in acting as gatekeeper to his schedule, managing his responsibilities across multiple Boards, and aiding his accountability in meeting business objectives.In return, you'll appreciate the freedom to shape this role as you see fit, within this progressive and family values-led business.
