The team comprises highly skilled individuals dedicated to providing top-tier legal support and advice.About the roleAs a Senior Conveyancing Clerk, you will be integral to the firm's operations, ensuring the seamless execution of conveyancing transactions. Responsibilities include:

Processing client instructions and drafting necessary legal documentation
Conducting thorough searches and transcribing digital dictation
Communicating with clients, other law firms, and third parties via telephone
Facilitating commercial and conveyancing transactions in a digital environment, including platforms like PEXA
Reviewing contracts, preparing settlement files, and managing file lifecycle from opening to archiving
Undertaking various administrative duties as needed to support the team

About you:

12 months minimum relevant experience
Initiative, good judgment, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive approach to handling a high-volume workload
