- Design and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Okta.
- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other business systems.
- Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities related to identity and access management.
- Provide technical leadership on IAM projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
- Monitor and optimise the performance of IAM systems, making improvements as required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance IAM strategies.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing Okta solutions.
- A solid understanding of identity and access management principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with integration of IAM solutions in complex environments.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
- Relevant certifications in IAM or Okta (preferred but not mandatory).
