- Define the go-to-market strategy for product launches, expansions, and growth initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
- Identify target audiences, positioning, and messaging that align with business goals.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Lead strategic initiatives across multiple markets.
- Work closely with product teams to understand features, benefits, and differentiators.
- Align with sales teams to ensure they have the right materials, training, and messaging.
- Partner with global marketing teams to develop campaigns, content, and demand generation strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Analyze competitor strategies and adjust GTM approaches accordingly.
- Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, pitch decks, and training materials to equip sales teams.
- Organize workshops or training sessions for sales and customer-facing teams.
- Plan and oversee product launch timelines, key milestones, and execution plans.
- Coordinate internal and external communication to ensure a smooth rollout.
- Tracing of GTM effectiveness
- Analyze sales, marketing, and customer feedback data to optimize strategies.
- Work with customer success teams to gather feedback and improve adoption.
- Engage with partners or resellers to extend market reach.
- Allocate budgets for marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and product promotions.
- Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.
- Provide guidance and support to regional Leads
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B, partner enablement, and Go To Market strategy.
- Proven expertise in working with Salesforce and data analytics tools to drive marketing insights and results.
- Experience working with sales teams to align strategies and achieve shared goals.
- Proven experience in managing teams across multiple regions.
- Track record of successful regional marketing strategy implementation.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to autonomously translate insights into actionable plans.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and innovate- to challenge the status quo
- Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and levels.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive marketing strategies and outcomes.
- Knowledge of the Asia Pacific Health and Wellbeing landscape is highly desirable.
